This 8-week experience is designed to help you come back home to yourself—gently, intentionally, and with lasting impact.
In this 8-week experience, you will:
Clarify the vision for how you want your life to feel—and take aligned steps toward it
Understand and heal the body and energetic patterns that keep you feeling off-balance
Unpack fear and emotional patterns stored in the body that keep you stuck
Rewire limiting beliefs so you can step into a more authentic and empowered you
Create sustainable practices that put your inner care first—always

8 weekly 1:1 sessions (90–120 minutes each) blending coaching and deep healing
2 energy healing sessions (30 minutes each) to support integration
Daily text support for encouragement, insight, and accountability
Guided meditation recordings to help you connect inward between sessions
A toolkit of simple, powerful practices to support you beyond our work together
Lifetime access to your meditations and tools

This 3–4 month 1:1 life coaching experience is designed for individuals who are ready to feel more balanced, fulfilled, and connected—in both their personal and professional lives. Whether you're navigating transition, burnout, or simply seeking more meaning and clarity, this program offers grounded, intuitive support to guide your next chapter.
Rooted in the powerful framework of Integral Coaching and infused with my own lived experience and healing practices, this process supports sustainable, soul-aligned growth. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that hold you back, reconnect you to your inner wisdom, and build the capacity to live with more ease, confidence, and purpose.
This isn’t about fixing. It’s about reclaiming your wholeness and creating a life that feels truly yours.

Grounding Meditation
We begin by arriving fully in the body with breath and stillness, creating space for clarity and connection.Intuitive Conversation
We’ll explore what’s coming up for you—emotionally, physically, energetically—using deep listening and compassionate inquiry to uncover patterns or beliefs that may be ready to release.Energy Healing
Drawing from Reiki, energetic clearing, and subtle body awareness, I’ll support the release of energetic blocks and help restore balance to your system.Belief + Inner Pattern Work
Together, we’ll bring loving attention to the unconscious beliefs and emotional imprints that may be keeping you stuck—then gently work to reframe and realign them in a way that supports your healing and wholeness.Integration & Tools

About Me
My journey into healing and coaching began long before I ever called it a career.
From a young age, I lived with chronic pain—mystery symptoms that traditional doctors couldn’t explain or resolve. I often felt unheard, unseen, and dismissed. That experience lit a quiet fire in me: the belief that there had to be more to healing than what I was being offered.
So I became my own experiment.
Over the years, I explored chiropractic care, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, massage, energy healing, and crystals—not just for relief, but for deeper understanding. Each step brought me closer to my body, my intuition, and my truth. Along the way, spiritual practices became my anchor—helping me reconnect with who I really am beyond the pain.
What began as a personal search for healing became a calling. I trained in coaching and energy work because I wanted to turn what I’d learned into support for others—especially those who’ve ever felt like they were “too much” or “not enough,” or who are ready to grow beyond what’s been holding them back.
My professional life also shaped how I serve. As a Scrum Master and Enterprise Agile Coach, I’ve worked with individuals, teams, and leaders through transformation and resistance—helping them build trust, embrace change, and lead with intention. This work taught me how to meet people exactly where they are, and how powerful it is when someone truly listens.
Through Moore Balanced Coaching, I create a space for growth, clarity, and deep self-trust. Whether we’re working through a transition, exploring energy patterns, or simply listening to what your body and spirit have been trying to say—I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way back to wholeness.
